KSR Helper (“the App”) is a pension and leave calculator designed to help Kerala Service Rules (KSR) users compute pension benefits, earned leave, and related calculations.
KSR Helper does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party.
All calculations performed by the App — including but not limited to pension calculations, leave calculations, and any input you provide (such as name, date of birth, salary details, or service dates) — are processed entirely on your device. No data ever leaves your device or is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Any information you enter into the App stays only on your device, for the duration of your session. We do not maintain any database, server, or backend that stores user information.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
If the App requests any device permissions (such as storage access for saving or exporting PDF reports), these permissions are used solely to perform the function you requested (e.g., saving a calculated result as a PDF file to your device) and not for any other purpose.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, since it does not collect data at all.
If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a revised “Last updated” date.
